Before booking
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 1 night. A €15 short-stay fee applies per suite to one-night bookings.
How do I check availability?
Select “Check availability”, choose your dates, and the available suites will be shown live.
Do you show the full price before payment?
Yes. The booking flow shows the price per night, the total for the selected stay, and the running total if you select more than one suite.
Is internet available?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and in every suite.
Room facilities
Does every unit have a private bathroom?
Yes. Every unit has a similar private bathroom with a shower, WC, basin and vanity/storage cabinet.
What is included in every unit?
Every unit includes a Queen size bed, private balcony, high-speed Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, capsule coffee machine, smart TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, kitchenware, plates, glasses and cutlery.
Can I cook in every suite?
An electric cooking hob is available in every unit except the two rear units on the first and second floors. Units with a hob also include a pan and pot.
Is there a washing machine?
A washing machine is available in the LIANOLIA Penthouse Apartment on the third floor.
Booking & payment
When is my reservation confirmed?
After you enter your guest details, you can continue to secure payment for immediate confirmation, or request to finalize the booking offline. An offline request is created as pending and is not an immediate confirmation.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. After successful payment, the reservation is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided. An offline finalization request remains pending until we contact you and complete the booking process.
Can I book more than one suite?
Not in a single direct booking at the moment. Please make a separate booking for each suite.
House rules
Are all suites suitable for 4 guests?
No. Some units accommodate up to 2 guests and others up to 4. The maximum occupancy is shown clearly on each suite.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking is allowed inside the building or suites.
